Heal From Within

Saturdays 9am-10:30 am | Begins September 20th for 7 Weeks

We will work to build somatic skills to help you cope with trauma symptoms, feel empowered, and reconnect with your body and self.

Based on Brene Brown’s research and resulting Connections Curriculum this group will help you confront shame and learn to live with more courage, compassion, & connection.  

What you can expect from this group?

Group begins April 19th and runs for 10 weeks. 

BCBS, Cigna, EMI, DMBA, PEHP, & Select Health accepted or $35/group. Plus a $15 materials fee.
