Wednesdays | 7:00-8:30 PM
Based on Brene Brown’s research and resulting Connections Curriculum this group will help you confront shame and learn to live with more courage, compassion, & connection.
What you can expect from this group?

• Curriculum materials to support your experience
Group begins April 19th and runs for 10 weeks.
BCBS, Cigna, EMI, DMBA, PEHP, & Select Health accepted or $35/group. Plus a $15 materials fee.
Nurturing Mothers Workshop
Saturday June 3rd, 11am-2pm
Join us for our one of a kind Nurturing Mothers Workshop to honor and nurture those who so beautifully care for others.
3 Part Yoga Series

Using self-compassion as the intention, this 3-part series will use breathwork, loving-kind meditations, and poses that encourage self-compassion to support you in becoming more deeply connected with your compassionate self.
