About Darla

I believe in the transformative power of embodied and holistic healing practices and have a passion for working with the mind and body connection. I approach therapy from a strengths-based and client-centered perspective and respect the unique experience and identity of each individual. I have a degree in communication from Utah Valley University and an MSW from Utah State University. I am trained in EMDR, certified in 200 hr yoga, and trauma-sensitive yoga. My approach includes CBT, Mindfulness, Parts Work, Yoga, and EMDR. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma with adults.
 
I strive to create a collaborative and supportive space for you to explore, be heard, and empowered. Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy reading, spending time with friends, live music, and being outside.
