If you need support, or simply want a safe space to explore life’s ups and downs, I am here for you. My goal is to create a collaborative therapeutic alliance to help support you while providing a safe container to explore your thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental space. Whether it’s processing trauma, daily stressors, or big lift changes, I’m here to listen and help you by providing copy skills and practicing techniques to help you regulate your nervous system.
I am to support adults, adolescents, and couples who may be struggling with stress, anxiety, women’s issues, trauma, and more. I use a collaborative, strengths-based perspective that will help you explore your relationships and behavioral patterns. Together we will use holistic interventions to support your therapeutic goals while healing your mind, body, and spirit. This may be through traditional talk therapy or exploring other experiential modalities to get you back into your body.
I believe that everyone has strenghts and are the experts in their lives. In our session, I will follow your leaad and help you explore your goals, find what is working for you, and build upon those things to help you improve your life. I will be there to support you and process the hard days but will also be there to celebrate the wins. Being here is a courageous first step, and I am here when you are ready to move forward in your healing journey.
In my free time I enjoy reading books, listening to music, exploring the outdoors with my husband and dog, being creative in the kitchen and taking portraits.
