Anna DiSera is a License Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with preteens, adolescents, and young adults, supporting individuals in utilizing their current strengths combined with individualized treatment to support their unique healing journeys. Anna provides treatment to address trauma and attachment-related concerns, anxiety, depression, self-esteem
enhancement, and life transitions. Anna recognizes the vulnerability and courage it takes to step outside of one’s comfort zone to support their healing journey, and places emphasis on creating a safe, genuine space to heal and grow. 

Anna enjoys hiking in the beautiful mountains of Utah, traveling, spending time with family, friends, and her dogs, listening to music, reading, and doing puzzles. Anna also enjoys getting out of her comfort zone and trying new things, her most recent quests being playing Dungeons and Dragons and learning how to longboard.
