My approach to therapy is to honor and support my client’s recovery journey by focusing on the future and our inherent ability to heal. I recognize my role as a therapist is to facilitate and support each client’s unique process and to work to meet each person where they are on their path to wellness. 

I have received formal training in EMDR and have worked extensively with First Responders and Healthcare professionals. In addition, I have experience with end-of-life grief and loss, addiction as well as women’s issues. I work with children and teens to support them and their families through their growing years and development into healthy adulthood.

In my spare time I enjoy travel, reading, walking, yoga, family and friends (kids and grandkids) and live music!
