Attempting to sort through life’s challenges can be difficult for anyone and no one should have to do it alone. I would be honored to assist you by providing a safe and supportive space, helping you work through whatever challenges you may be facing. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and everyone, and the things they struggle with, can be vastly different. Keeping this in mind, I take a client-centered approach to create each individualized treatment plan.
My goal is to provide support, insight, and encouragement, as my clients develop self-awareness, recognize their strengths, overcome any challenges, and reach their goals.
I have experience working with individuals struggling with issues such as, depression, anxiety, family/work relationships, and low self-confidence. I work from an attachment and psychodynamic perspective because I believe that each of us is positively and negatively impacted by our life experiences and the world around us. Through therapy, it is possible to understand the significance of these impacts and create a joyful and meaningful life.
