I believe that healing is a journey, not a destination. My approach to therapy is rooted in collaboration, working closely with you to understand your unique experiences and challenges. I am deeply passionate about helping individuals heal from the effects of trauma and adverse experiences, using a holistic approach that integrates the mind, body, and spirit. 

 

I graduated from the University of Utah’s School of Social Work in 2013 and have since pursued extensive trauma-informed training to better support my clients in their healing journeys. Trauma doesn’t always stem from catastrophic events, but it can still have a profound impact, disrupting your life in ways that may not be immediately clear. Often, our bodies store unresolved trauma, manifesting as physical sensations or emotional dysregulation. In our work together, I will help you identify these triggers, reconnect with your inner strength, and rebuild trust within yourself.

 

As a therapist, I view our relationship as a partnership. I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate space where you can process your emotions and experiences, fostering deeper self-awareness and healing.

 

A bit about me: I was born in Venezuela and moved to the United States as a young girl, with Spanish being my first language. I have a deep appreciation for diverse cultures. Outside of my work, I enjoy running, reading, spending time in the water, and watching Marvel movies.
