About Emma:
Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re carrying emotional pain that doesn’t seem to go away. Whether you’re navigating the complexities of relationships, feeling weighed down by anxiety or perfectionism, or dealing with low self-esteem, it’s easy to feel stuck in a cycle you can’t break. You may find yourself feeling disconnected from your partner, overwhelmed by difficult emotions, or unsure how to establish healthy boundaries.
The good news is that you don’t have to go through this alone. Healing is possible, even when it feels out of reach. With my use of evidence-based approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method for couples, we can work together to rebuild your connection, improve communication, and restore intimacy. For individuals, I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, and self-compassion techniques to help you reduce stress, increase self-awareness, and foster a kinder relationship with yourself. I also offer valuable parent education through my specialized training in Conscious Discipline. This approach focuses on fostering parent-child connection and social-emotional skills, especially for ages 0-13. My personal style is encouraging, collaborative, and nonjudgmental.
I believe in your ability to transform your life. If you’re ready to start working toward the goals that matter most to you, I would be honored to be part of your journey! Together, we can create a plan that brings you closer to the change you’re seeking. Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy playing pickleball, hiking, songwriting, and spending time with family and friends—activities that help me stay grounded and energized as I support others in their own growth.
