Wednesdays from 7-8:30pm
Begins October 9th for 8 week

Do feel anxious about asserting yourself?  Do you feel overwhelmed or resentful? Join our group for creating healthy boundaries to gain confidence and find more peace in your life.

Beyond Trauma 

Thursdays from 7-8:30pm
Begins October 10th for 8 weeks

Beyond Trauma is designed to provide women with a safe, supportive space to explore the impact of trauma on their lives, while equipping them with practical tools for healing and growth.

Developed by Dr. Stephanie Covington, this structured program is grounded in research and tailored to meet the unique emotional, mental, and physical needs of women who have experienced trauma.

Yoga for Trauma Survivors

Tuesdays from 7-8:30 
Begins October 16th for 8 week

Release trauma trapped in the body through breath and movement.  Designed to heal the nervous system, this experiences is facilitated by a trauma therapist/ certified yoga instructors who prioritizes choice, safety, and resilience.

Based on the evidence-based treatment modality of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we aim to help you recognize that your attempts to control your anxiety are creating more anxiety. Instead, learn how to improve your ability to be present and live a full and meaningful life.

Women's Burnout Group

Begins January 9th for 8 weeks

Made it through the holidays and now you’re at your wit’s end? Our burnout group is a great way to reset the year and take steps to recovery from emotional and physical exhaustion.

Men's Burnout Group

6 week series starting Tuesday
Nov. 7th at 7-8:30pm

Calling all men who may be feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. Gain valuable insights and practical tools for combating and managing stress by joining this group. In a judgment-free environment, you will learn and practice coping skills, taking small steps towards introducing balance and finding more peace in your life. Connect with other men who are also navigating stress, and together, we will learn stress management skills, coping tools, and boundary setting. You’re not alone—join us now.

Chakra Yoga Series

7 week workshop series starting Tuesday Sept 12th at 6-7:15pm

Join our 7-week workshop series to unlock the wisdom of chakras. Experience transformative chakra healing to restore balance and harmony in your mind, body, and energy. Explore the ancient wisdom of chakras and their profound influence on overall well-being. Facilitated by Michele White, Yoga Instructor, Reiki, and Sound Bath Practitioner. Tuesdays from 6-7:15 pm, starting Sept 12th.

Anxiety Management Group

Virtual Starts Sept 12th for 10 weeks at 12-1pm

Discover freedom from anxiety with our evidence-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) program. Learn to let go of control and embrace a present, meaningful life. For individuals 18+ with anxiety. Tuesdays, 12-1 pm, starting Sept 12 for 10 weeks. Virtual sessions for convenience. Accepting insurance or $35/group. $15 materials fee.

Shame Resilience Group

10 Weeks Starting Sept 13th at 7-8:30pm

Join our Shame-Resilience group to overcome shame, fear, and disconnection. Discover resilience, self-worth, and healing through Brene Brown-inspired strategies. Forge connections on a shared journey to personal growth. Accepting insurance or $35/group. Starts Sept 13th, Wednesdays 7-8:30 pm, with a $15 materials fee for the 10-week program. We accept BCBS, Cigna, DMBA, EMI, PEHP, SH, and UHC insurance.

Yoga for Survivors of Sexual Trauma

Oct 19th & 26th, Nov 2nd, 9th, 16th & 30th at 6-7:30pm

Join our trauma-informed yoga series designed to heal the nervous system through breath and movement. Led by trauma therapists and certified yoga instructors, we prioritize choice, safety, and resilience. Thursdays starting Oct 19th from 6-7:30pm. Limited to 6 female participants

Connections Group

Wednesdays | 7:00-8:30 PM

Based on Brene Brown’s research and resulting Connections Curriculum this group will help you confront shame and learn to live with more courage, compassion, & connection.
